How to Insert Picture in Gmail :
1) In your Gmail account click on the Wrench icon and select Mail Settings.
2) In your Mail Settings, go to Labs tab to view the list of all additional features.
3) Now in the features list look for the Insert Image feature and select the Enable radio button.
4) At last click on the Save Changes button to apply the changes.
5) Now in the Compose Email section you will see picture icon in the toolbar which allows you to insert pictures in the message body.
